Below are the most recent patient satisfaction results. Every quarter we collect, collate and share all feedback results, both on a national scale and a regional scale. This enables us to monitor how patients feel about our services, and allows us to constantly evaluate the service we provide. By focussing on patient feedback in this way we are able to shape our service around their needs, resulting in a high quality service that is as useful and accessible as it is intended to be.
