Our Call Management Centre (CMC) provides an in and outbound call service to various divisions within the organization. As the Service is centralized, we are able to offer extended opening hours and ensure consistent call management across the business.
The CMC will be open 8am until 8pm 7 days a week apart from public holidays, therefore, we are able to offer a wide range of days and hours.

The Practice Ophthalmology Service has been running for approximately 5 years and receives around 17,000 referrals per annum across 6 PCT areas including West Berkshire, Kingston, Harrow, West Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and recently Worcestershire.
We operate clinics from 24 community locations which include GP practices and community hospitals. In an average month we provide around 2,500 appointments which are booked from our dedicated referral management centre based in Little Chalfont, Bucks.
