Ophthalmology

When commissioned by a PCT we provide a Primary Care Ophthalmology service using ophthalmologists, optometrists, visual field analysers and specialist nurses to triage, assess and treat patients in the community. This is not only more cost effective than hospital based ophthalmology services but also far better for patients because it provides them with a range of accessible community based clinics. Usually, this also decreases waiting times.

Appropriate treatment is provided at the practice by skilled technicians dedicated to offering exceptional service and our studies show a 30% saving, approximately, over tariff pricing with high patient satisfaction.
