Peter Watts' early career was in investment banking within the derivatives, risk management and corporate finance arenas. Building on this, he joined a fledgling US company destined to become one of the fastest growing financial technology start-ups in the US, entering NASDAQ in the late eighties.

Since then he has developed a track record of successful business turn-arounds, acquisitions and start-ups for a number of private and public companies. He has been at the helm of The Practice for three years and delivered the early stage growth of the company as it evolved its business into the clinical services area. At the heart of his commercial approach to business is the customer. His belief is that excellent customer service must always be the foundation for long term business growth and success. This philosophy sits well within The Practice, as the company places the utmost importance on the level of care and attention that our patients need and deserve.

He is a member of the Institute of Directors and WCIT.
